For the most enhanced gaming experience, set the resolution of your screen to 800X600 or higher and set the screen colors to High Color (16 bit) or more. If you are using a resolution of 640X480, you should consider hiding your Taskbar. You can do this by right click on the Taskbar, select "Properties" and then put a checkmark on the "Auto hide" checkbox.

How do I make a deposit into my account?
Just follow these simple steps:

I submitted a deposit but my balance hasn’t been changed. What should I do?
Deposits made using Credit cards, NETELLER, and Money Bookers (SKRILL), EcoCard and UKash are usually added to your balance within seconds. If your deposit was rejected you will receive a corresponding message in your browser. How do I get my bonus?
To receive a bonus, please redeem your code in the cashier in the REDEEM COUPON tab. If you see the tab that says COUPON DETAILS, you have an active bonus already and need to finish the terms on it.
After redeeming a new deposit coupon, it will show up on your balance as soon as you deposit.
For any problems redeeming a coupon, contact Customer Support before starting to play. If you contact us after playing a deposit, we will not be able to fix the issue.

Do bonuses have restrictions?
When taking a bonus on Slots Jungle casino, the casino is giving you free money to play with. Because of that, there are requirements that need to be met before cashing out. Bonuses are created for specific games, so be sure to take a bonus for the games you are playing and not something else as it is against the casino rules to play outside of the games limited for your bonus.
Bonuses will also have a requirement that you must play for a period of time before cashing out. This is determined by the amount you wager. It does not relate to your winnings or losses specifically, therefore on every wager you make, your requirement will decrease in relation to the size of the wager that was made. When the requirement reaches zero, your balance will become withdrawable.
Bonuses given with a deposit are given for wagering purposes only, and therefore will need to be removed from your balance when a withdrawal request has been approved.
Bonuses given without a deposit attached to it will also have a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from its winnings.
Please check the terms of the bonus you are taking or receiving through the COUPON DETAILS tab in the cashier or check with our Customer Service to make sure you are aware of all the details of your bonus before you begin to play.

How do I cash out my winnings?
In order to receive your winnings you need to first fill out our withdrawal paperwork, the FAXBACK form. You can find it to download here:
Verifications
After the form is submitted with the required documents, it will take up to 3 business days to be approved. If being submitted by email, it is advised to keep the email under 5mb in size or to send separate emails with the documents. This is a one-time only process with the withdrawal forms and will not be needed after the first withdrawal. Any changes to the information submitted must go through the finance department.
After it is approved you can request your winnings. You can withdraw money by following these steps:
- Start the SlotsJungle Casino program.
- Enter your Username and Password in the "Play for Real" login screen.
- Once you’re in the Lobby click on "Cashier" in the left corner of the screen. Then select "Withdraw". Select your preferred withdrawal method from the options on the left side.
- Enter your desired sum and click on the "SUBMIT" button. For first time withdrawals, you will need to confirm the name on your bank account, account number and routing number (Players outside the USA need to enter 000000000 in place of the routing number) before clicking the SUBMIT button.
The sum will be sent to you via method of your choice.
All withdrawal requests are processed and approved within 4 business days from their request date.
Please allow a few days after the approval to receive the transfer in your bank.
The minimum amount for a Withdrawal request is $100. If you have requested to withdraw an amount lower than these minimum amounts, we will not be able to process the requested withdrawal.
NETELLER - If you have deposited funds to your account using only the NETELLER method, then your withdrawals can be credited back directly to your NETELLER account. Withdrawing through NETELLER is simple and fast.
CHECKS – If requested, Slots Jungle can send a courier check rather than a wire transfer, there will be additional shipping time after the approval for delivery.
For your protection and security we occasionally ask for your authorization in order to process your withdrawals. Also, we may ask you to verify and sign a list of your deposits to your account.
Please make sure that all the information you submit is accurate, up-to-date and complete, so that we can process your withdrawal request quickly and without delays.
SlotsJungle Casino reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Withdrawal requests are processed and approved within 4 business days. You will be notified by email whether your withdrawal request has been approved or rejected.
WIRE TRANSFER requests usually take few additional days to reach your bank account.
CHECKS – You may request through an Account Manager to receive your withdrawal via courier check rather than Wire Transfer. Checks may take 5-10 business days after the withdrawal request has been processed and approved to arrive to you.
